The Department has been operating since 1995 and is led by Mr Manjit Singh who has specialised in Immigration and Nationality law for over 25 years.

Manjit Singh has spent time with some of the leading organisations in the UK and regularly appears before the appellate authorities.

Manjit is also a recognised tutor, having taught both immigration and nationality law, and was a former trustee of the Electronic Immigration Network.
